Joanne LeFrancois owned and operated LeFrancois Floral in Norwich for over 28 years. She hosted several Garden Parties for Spirit of Broadway Theatre Fundraisers and designed Harbor Fire Couldrons for Rotary Community Corps. Joanne created the landscape design for Ellis Ruley Memorial Part. She loves to garden and will present a creative way to "Repurpose Your Planter Designs". This presentation is sponsored by the Mystic Garden Club along with the Mystic & Noank Library and is open to the public for free. Light refreshments will be served.
