Poetry lovers and newcomers alike can join us on the Library Lawn to listen to and share poems of all kinds. This series is part of our Adult Summer Reading Program. We will have books of poetry pulled for you to enjoy or to check out later. For the first half hour, read a favorite poem or two aloud while enjoying the beauty of the Mystic & Noank Library landscaping and gardens. For the second half hour, try your hand at writing your own poems in response to a prompt offered each week by Ery, our Adult Services Programming Librarian. All experience levels and styles are welcome.
Registration is required to attend this program.
