Experience Unified Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response in Guided Meditation Sessions
Guided meditation is a great starting point for those new to mindfulness and meditation. It is a great way to refresh your practice and learn new mindfulness skills if you are a seasoned meditator facing inner obstacles to meditation.
Sessions include Foundations of Unified Mindfulness, body scanning, body awareness, Global relaxation and the relaxation response, alinement and posture, self-empathy and compassion, body wisdom and intuition, and Unified mindfulness in daily life.
Instructor Bio
Pamala Lewis has been studying Eastern and Western approaches to meditation and enjoys the benefits of a dedicated daily sitting practice for more than 25 years. She completed the Foundations of Unified Mindfulness course and is the coordinator of the New London Community of Mindfulness, guides 2 weekly guided meditation Zoom groups, and offers individual coaching sessions in how to start a daily mindfulness and meditation practice. Pamala offers Chair Melt yoga at the N. Stonington senior center and Melt yoga classes in nature through the summer months
