Speaker Bio
Dr. William Tarimo is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Connecticut College, based in New London, Connecticut, USA. Dr. Tarimo is passionate about education, technology, and pedagogy design (the processes of teaching and learning) in his teaching and research. As a professor, his primary research falls under the theme of technology-supported agile teaching and learning, where he develops technologies and pedagogies for improved learning and teaching outcomes. He also does research in human-computer interactions and applied robotics in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and automation with various drone and robot systems.
