Fabulous Local foodies from Earth, Land, and Sea series with Ben Coerper from Wild Harmony Farm
Ben’s path to farming started with a simple but life-changing truth—food can harm or heal. For years, he struggled with chronic sinus infections and was told prescriptions and surgery were the only answer. Instead, he changed his diet and fully healed. That experience sparked a passion not only for growing his own food but also for regenerative livestock production. Today, Ben dedicates his life to sharing how this way of farming can heal both our bodies and the planet.
