Program Description

Event Details

Technology is supposed to make our lives easier. But it can often feel like the opposite when technology can (and does) fail to deliver. An informal poll taken by a technology training and support service for older adults found that participants feared learning a new technology device more than going to the doctor, dentist, or hearing a strange noise at night combined! Put your fears about using technology to rest in this class where you will learn: adaptable troubleshooting steps when you run into an issue, where to find further assistance when you need it, and strategies to manage the frustration of ongoing technology use and education.

Registration is required to attend this program.
